Summary of all Affirmations rods

Affirmation of Compassion

An Affirmation of Compassion is an affirmation you do to help rid yourself of bitterness, anger, hatred, and other negative emotional consequences of Toxic Socialization. AOCs help you clean and treat your wounds by helping you remove negative emotions caused by the experience of chronic Violence.  As always, repetition in a state of connection will facilitate reprogramming work.

I wish peace, completion, perfection, and happiness to all beings. I wish peace, completion, perfection, and happiness to all beings. I wish peace, completion, perfection, and happiness to all beings. I wish peace, completion, perfection, and happiness to all beings.

Affirmation of Self

An Affirmation of Self is an affirmation you do to help clean and treat the psychological, emotional, and spiritual wounds that result from your exposure to Toxic Socialization. Affirmations like this help you remove negative ideas about Self and facilitate “neurolinguistic” reprogramming, especially when combined with focussed Connection Practice and, if legal in your area, safe and guided connection supplementation.

I am powerful, I am healthy, I am beautiful. I am worthy, I am connected, I am strong.

I am powerful, I am healthy, I am beautiful. I am worthy, I am connected, I am strong.

I am powerful, I am healthy, I am beautiful. I am worthy, I am connected, I am strong.

I am powerful, I am healthy, I am beautiful. I am worthy, I am connected, I am strong.

SAAR Affirmation

As noted in LP Workbook Two section on “Why Healing?” SAAR stands for See, Accept, be Accountable, and take Responsibility. A SAAR affirmation helps you move forward on your healing journey by encouraging you to See the toxicity that surrounds you, accept that it is unhealthy and disconnecting, be accountable for your part in the toxicity, and take responsibility for your part in the old energy toxic show, so that together we can heal, connect, and transform the world. Use the following SAAR affirmation to help you focus your day, and your energy, on these important aspects of the healing and reconnection process.

Today I will see the toxicity that surrounds me, Today I will accept that it is unhealthy and disconnecting. Today I will be accountable for my part in the show. Today I will take responsibility for the bad things I can change.

Awakening Affirmations/Mantras

As noted in Lightning Path Workbook One, an awakening mantra is a phrase designed to help you willfully focus on the process of spiritual awakening, i.e. pouring water into the vessel. Any phrase that helps you willfully focus on the initiation, process, or outcome of spiritual awakening may be considered an awakening mantra. The more precise, willful, and focused, the better the mantra. Some examples are provided below, but if you feel you need to fine tune your intent, feel free to make up your own.
  • I wish to wake up
  • I wish to gain enlightenment
  • I wish consciousness to descend into the vessel.
  • I wish to move forward as fast and as safely as possible.
  • I wish to move forward. I wish to awaken. I wish to activate. I wish to ascend.

Activation Affirmations

Activation mantras are about establishing stronger connections to Consciousness, and empowerment of the physical unit. An activation mantra or visualization is a mantra or visualization that encourages connection and empowerment. The #metoo movement is an excellent example of the outcome of “taking your power back” and refusing to be pushed back down anymore. It is also a reminder of the importance of collective unity. Standing alone, we are easy to suppress. Standing together as a unified force, thousands of years of patriarchy can be dismissed in the cosmic blink of eye.
  • I am powerful, capable, worthy, strong, and experienced
  • I take my power back
  • I refuse to be pushed down anymore.
  • I will use my energy and my power for my purposes only
  • I take my power back and use it for the highest good of all of creation
