Healing Tools

Healing tools are visualization and affirmations that you can use to facilitate your healing process. These tools help you clean and treat psychological and emotional wounds by directing your energies and reprogramming your thinking and neurology. These tools are gleaned from the LP corpus and included here for convenience. Note, the more you pay attention to what you are doing when you use these tools, and the more often you use them, the more powerful/effective they will be.

Keep in mind, these tools, while they can be helpful, are not always enough. If you use these tools and techniques but do not see improvement in your emotional, mental, or spiritual health, seek professional help.

Boundary Visualizations

A boundary visualization is a visualization you do to help protect yourself from manipulation, negativity, and assault. The easiest and most effective boundary visualization you can do is to simply visualize a ball of light around your body, your children, your family, your home, and anything else you want to protect. Make this ball bright, powerful, and impenetrable, but also, and this is important, don’t totally block yourself off. Visualize arrows of light getting in, but see darts of darkness bouncing off. Depending on your situation, you should do boundary visualizations before you go to sleep at night, when you wake up in the morning, and throughout the day as required.

Boundary Visualization

Visualize a ball of bright light surrounding your body, your children, your family, your home, and anything else you want to protect. Make this ball bright, powerful, and impenetrable, but don’t totally block yourself off. Visualize arrows of light getting in, but see darts of darkness bouncing off. Visualize this many times through the day. Each time you do, build up the bright light and strength of the ball.

Affirmation of Self

An Affirmation of Self is an affirmation you do to help clean and treat the psychological, emotional, and spiritual wounds that result from your exposure to Toxic Socialization. Affirmations like this help you remove negative ideas about Self and facilitate “neurolinguistic” reprogramming, especially when combined with focussed Connection Practice and, if legal in your area, safe and guided connection supplementation.

Affirmation of Self

I am powerful, I am healthy, I am beautiful.
I am worthy, I am connected, I am strong.

I am powerful, I am healthy, I am beautiful.
I am worthy, I am connected, I am strong.

I am powerful, I am healthy, I am beautiful.
I am worthy, I am connected, I am strong.

I am powerful, I am healthy, I am beautiful.
I am worthy, I am connected, I am strong.

Affirmation of Compassion

An Affirmation of Compassion is an affirmation you do to help rid yourself of bitterness, anger, hatred, and other negative emotional consequences of Toxic Socialization. AOCs help you clean and treat your wounds by helping you remove negative emotions caused by the experience of chronic Violence.  As always, repetition in a state of connection will facilitate reprogramming work.

Affirmation of Compassion

I wish peace, completion, perfection, and happiness to all beings.
I wish peace, completion, perfection, and happiness to all beings.
I wish peace, completion, perfection, and happiness to all beings.
I wish peace, completion, perfection, and happiness to all beings.

SAAR Affirmation

As noted in LP Workbook Two section on “Why Healing?” SAAR stands for See, Accept, be Accountable, and take Responsibility. A SAAR affirmation helps you move forward on your healing journey by encouraging you to See the toxicity that surrounds you, accept that it is unhealthy and disconnecting, be accountable for your part in the toxicity, and take responsibility for your part in the old energy toxic show, so that together we can heal, connect, and transform the world.  Use the following SAAR affirmation to help you focus your day, and your energy, on these important aspects of the healing and reconnection process.

SAAR Affirmation

Today I will see the toxicity that surrounds me,
Today I will accept that it is unhealthy and disconnecting.
Today I will be accountable for my part in the show.
Today I will take responsibility for the bad things I can change.
