Healing Tools

Healing tools are tools that you can use to facilitate your healing process. These tools are meditations, mantras, and visualizations that help you clean and treat psychological and emotional wounds by directing your energies and reprogramming your thinking and neurology. These tools are gleaned from the LP corpus and included here for convenience.

Note, the more you pay attention to what you are doing when you use these tools, and the more often you use them, the more powerful/effective they will be.

Also note, these tools, while they can be incredibly helpful, are not always enough. If you use these tools and techniques but do not see improvement in your emotional, mental, or spiritual health, seek professional help.

Boundary Visualizations

A boundary visualization is a visualization you do to help protect yourself from manipulation, negativity, and assault. The easiest and most effective boundary visualization you can do is to simply visualize a ball of light around your body, your children, your family, your home, and anything else you want to protect. Make this ball bright, powerful, and impenetrable, but also, and this is important, don’t totally block yourself off. Visualize arrows of light getting in, but see darts of darkness bouncing off.

Do this boundary visualization before you go to sleep at night, when you wake up in the morning, and throughout the day whenever you remember it. 

Affirmation of Self

A self-affirmation visualization is a visualization you do to help clean and treat the psychological, emotional, and spiritual wounds that result from your exposure to Toxic Socialization. Self-affirmations help you remove negative ideas about Self and facilitate “neurolinguistic” reprogramming, especially when combined with focussed Connection Practice and, if legal in your area, safe and guided connection supplementation.

Affirmation of Self

To do an affirmation of self, recite a mantra similar to the following:

I am powerful, I am healthy, I am beautiful.
I am worthy, I am connected, I am strong.

Affirmation of Compassion

An Affirmation of Compassion is an affirmation you do to help rid yourself of bitterness, anger, hatred, and other negative emotional consequences of Toxic Socialization. AOCs help you clean and treat your wounds by helping you remove negative emotions caused by the experience of chronic Violence.  As always, repetition in a state of connection will facilitate reprogramming work.
