Sleep Disturbance

If you want to Heal and Connect, it is critical that you get enough sleep. Sleep is when your body and mind repair for the day’s work, stress, and trauma and if you do not get enough sleep, you will be unable to repair and unable to handle higher levels of Consciousness that come from Connection.

The first step towards resolving sleep issues is to see if youhave them. The short assessment below measures the extent to which your sleep is disordered or incomplete. If you score in the yellow, orange, or red zones, you need to work towards getting better, more restful, sleep.
