LP Self Assessments are psychological surveys that you can use to assess aspects of your life relevant to an authentic healing and connection process.
Registered LP members, can complete these assessments and track their progress on the “Your Assessment Results” page.

Environmental Assessments
- How violent is my world? - An assessment of emotional, psychological, physical, and spirituality toxicity in your environment
- How violent am I - Assesses your violent tendencies so that you can move towards a non-violent lifestyle
- Seven Essential Needs Assessment - Assesses the extent to which your seven essential needs have been met
- How Chaotic is my World - Assesses the level of chaos in your world so you can work to calm things down.
- Parentification - An assessment of the extent to which you may have been parentified as a child
- Attachment Quality - An assessment of your ability to attach in a healthy fashion to others.

Secondary Assessments
- Mania Score - Mania is an elevated mood characterized by inflated self-esteem, lack of sleep, racing thoughts, scattered attention, etc.
- Somatic Symptoms - Somatic symptoms (SS) are body aches and pains that cannot be readily attributable to organic disease. SS indicate stress, anxiety, and other toxic burdens caused by toxic environments. SS are red flags. If you have SS , it is important to address the symptoms and the underlying issues.
- Sleep Disturbance - Your body needs to sleep in order to heal, repair, and stay healthy. If you are not getting enough sleep, you will not be able to function and you will not heal and connect efficiently.
- Repetitive Thoughts and Behaviours - This scale measures repetitive thoughts and behaviours. The presence of these can indicate ongoing toxicity in your life spaces
- Depression Assessment - Depression is the emotional feeling of weight, sadness, hopelessness, and despair. Depression is caused when one or more of your Seven Essential Needs is not being met.
- Anxiety Assessment - Anxiety is the bodily ego's response to threat, or perceived threat. Chronic anxiety is toxic and disconnecting. It is important, therefore, you get a handle on your anxiety levels.
- Anger Assessment - Anger is a healthy emotion, and one that can help keep you safe and strong. However, chronic and unresolved anger is toxic and disconnecting and can make you easily to manipulate.
- Learned Helplessness Scale - A scale to assess the extent to which you have learned to be helpless as a consequence of toxic socialization
